Data Retention
Information collected about you is stored in the Firm’s systems, in secure cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Defender, and in additional backup archives. Some information may also be stored and processed on servers located outside the State of Israel, in accordance with accepted information security standards and applicable law.
Disclosure to Third Parties
Information you provide will not be shared with third parties other than the Firm’s team except in the following cases:
- With your prior explicit consent
- Where required by law or upon a lawful request from competent authorities
- In the event of a legal dispute between you and the Firm
