External Auditing – Extensive experience in auditing financial statements of companies and corporations from various sectors, including companies with operational volumes of hundreds of millions of NIS, as well as preparing consolidated reports. As part of her work, she is responsible for preparing annual financial statements, including tax reports, quarterly reports, and handling complex accounting issues.
Nonprofits, NGOs, and Cooperative Societies – Handling all requirements according to various regulations and relevant institutions. Conducting external audits of financial statements. Providing continuous approvals, including proper management certification, legal bookkeeping certification, withholding tax approval, and handling support requests from government authorities.
Expert Opinion – Member of the firm’s expert opinion team for courts, providing opinions on various accounting and/or economic issues, including business and company valuations, economic resource balancing in divorce cases, and more.
Economic and Consulting Work – Assisting in performing economic tasks and business economic consulting, including valuations, due diligence, business plans, including break-even analysis and the evaluation of business profit centers, assisting in the preparation of recovery plans, and handling complex credit requests from banking institutions and governmental support funds, including the Small Business Encouragement Fund and the Medium Business Encouragement Fund.
