Financial Advisory
Our Financial Advisory Department provides comprehensive solutions related to economic and business aspects, both through planned actions, including solutions for credit structure and additional financing needs, as well as through financial consulting and guidance, offering economic opinions and more.
In the course of regular business activities, business owners are required to make decisions on a daily basis, some of which may have far-reaching impacts on the company’s performance. Our Financial Advisory Department assists business owners in examining the economic feasibility and expected consequences of business decisions, such as expanding or reducing sectoral operations, entering new business areas, and more. This is achieved, among other things, by preparing detailed business plans that also address the impact on the company’s cash flow and credit needs.
Additionally, the Financial Advisory Department assists businesses in raising credit, both from banking institutions and from the Small and Medium Business Encouragement Fund. This includes preparing financial and economic reports according to the lender’s requirements, maintaining continuous communication with their representatives, and holding meetings with them. Therefore, when a lender demands adherence to financial covenants, our firm evaluates the implications and assists the client in negotiating with the bank or lender to improve and reduce the lender’s requirements.
Sometimes, alongside raising credit for a business, and due to poor financial performance, significant changes are required to restore the business and turn it from a loss-making enterprise into a profitable one. The Financial Advisory Department assists in preparing recovery plans aimed at reducing costs through various methods, maximizing revenues, and turning the business’s cash flow positive.
The Financial Advisory Department also specializes in supporting business and company acquisitions, including mergers and partnerships. As part of this financial support, and as needed, the department provides accounting due diligence services related to the acquisition, including economic reports and recommendations, with attention to the proposed transaction price. If necessary, and at the client’s request, the department will conduct a valuation of the business under consideration for acquisition. Additionally, our firm has a proven track record of successfully supporting large and complex merger and acquisition transactions, both on behalf of sellers and buyers.
Alongside work in the private business sector, our Financial Advisory Department has extensive experience working with courts across the country. Our firm is listed in the expert database of Israeli courts and receives appointments from numerous judges in various courts to submit expert economic and accounting opinions. Our firm’s expert opinions have often been fully adopted by judges, forming the basis for court rulings.
The department’s manager, Hamutal Cohen, and staff are experienced accountants in both auditing and financial and business consulting. They hold academic degrees in economics, accounting, and/or business administration.
Our financial experts will accompany you in providing business and economic advice and guidance on various issues, participate with you in meetings with third parties, including banks and other financial institutions, provide testimony in court regarding their professional opinions submitted, and will be available to serve you at any time. Needless to say, the consultation and/or any additional service will be conducted personally and confidentially.
